![]() ![]() With this year even with the CPU sliders turned to 0 I’m still throwing 3-4 a game now. Im not great at the game but normally play on all pro and I’ll throw maybe 10-15 pics a season. The issue is the CPU interception slider doesn’t do much like it did in the old games. This needs a patch ASAP! Has anyone else experienced this issue? Even with the INT slider down to 0, nothing helps It absolutely kills the immersion and makes even All-Madden difficulty way too easy. Some say even after turning the interceptions and pass reaction slider for CPU to 0 they are still getting picked 5 to 9 times a game.Īnybody else notice that the CPU quarterbacks are throwing a crazy amount of interceptions each game? In my franchise I’m averaging like 3-5 INTs per game… This issue seems to be affecting defensive players in the game as they tend to intercept the ball an incredibly high number of times even in a 50-50 duel. But players have taken to various platforms to complain about the high number of interceptions in the game. Madden 23 has made some much-needed improvements to defense mechanics this year. However, recently, many Madden 23 players are reporting an issue where they are getting very high or unrealistic number of interceptions during games ( 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9). Madden 23 players report unrealistic number of interceptions The newest edition in the series, Madden 23, has made a significant effort to upgrade game mechanics such as tackling, passing, and defense.Īlongside this, there are some big additions - particularly to the Franchise game mode and the new FieldSENSE feature - that make it the best-feel game of the Madden series. Original story (published on August 31, 2022) follows: ![]() But, like previously mentioned, that isn't up to the user anymore.New updates are being added at the bottom of this story……. ![]() If you can't slow down, than you'd have to strafe. I cannot begin to tell you how many times I have full speed sprinted past the player with the ball in the open field because there is no more slowing down completely missing the tackle. It takes all control away from the player which no one should like. Also, you need to know when to slow down to juke someone easier. ![]() There is skill required to wait for your blockers to get out in front in the run game. If you're a player who cannot lay off the turbo, that is totally your problem. Again, I don't play a game to let the computer do everything that requires some skill. It allows for the player to focus more on the game and delivers a nice burst in the open fieldĪside from that, I don't like this at all. The auto sprint may have seemed like a good idea on paper, but translated horribly into the game. Onto what I started to mention in the last slide. I am going to break down the good and the bad of Madden 11 in hopes that maybe someone at EA will see how they have cheated every Madden fan. I don't play many video games, but I play Madden and I "play to win the game." Some who play the game casually may not agree with me, but if you're like I am, EA Sports needs to do some work. The bad qualities of the game cast an infuriating shadow over the good qualities for anyone who likes to play madden competitively. From adding a "swagger" stat to get money form Old Spice to making the Online Pass, EA Sports has turned Madden into just making money, making the game all about scoring- never about defense, and appealing to a new audience at the cost of the happiness of the old one. To my dismay, I was truly disappointed.ĮA Sports has sold out in my opinion. I got home and looked through all the player stats and looked through all the play books to see what I wanted to use and get back to my usual punishing/high-scoring madden self. I went to the midnight release with all my football loving friends and many other madden fans. Like many other people, I eagerly awaited the release of Madden 11. ![]()
